Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your package. Please initiate any return requests within this timeframe to ensure smooth processing. Returns shipped back after 14 days will be rejected.

Underwear, Watches, Sunglasses and Headbands are excluded from returns or refunds. These purchases are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Conditions

  • All products must be returned unused, in perfect original condition, with all protective materials and original attachments, such as identification tags and stickers (if originally present), as well as boxes, accessories, dustbags, along with the original packaging and documents.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the products have been worn, washed, or show any traces of use.
  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • It is necessary to use DHL, UPS, or FedEx for any return. Any returns sent via postal services will not be accepted.

Important Note:

  • Time For Branding verifies the compliance of returned products. If a product shows signs of use, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In this case, the customer will be informed in writing of the reasons and the returned products will be sent back at his/her own expense.
  • Time For Branding assumes no responsibility in any personal items that are mistakenly placed inside the return package and will be sent back to the customer at his/her own expense.

Return Procedure

  1. Email your return request to customercare@timeforbranding.com within 14 days, explaining the reason for your return.
  2. Wait for our response with further instructions.
  3. Use DHL, UPS, or FedEx to ship your return.
  4. Having obtained the tracking number, email to customercare@timeforbranding.com the order number, date of purchase, product name, and the tracking number.
  5. When returning items that received in separate parcels, please carefully pack them into their original packaging.
  6. Send your package via DHL, UPS or FedEx with the above information.
  7. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund for the item's cost.

Return Issues

1. Incorrect or Damaged Products

If you received an incorrect or damaged product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Email us to: customercare@timeforbranding.com with your request, including photographic evidence of the issue. We will process your request and provide you with the return address. Then, follow the return procedure and be mindful of the return conditions.

2. Impulse Purchases, Change of Mind, or Sizing / Color/Fit Issues

For returns due to impulse purchases, change of mind, or issues with sizing, color, or fit, a return shipping fee of €12 applies. Kindly follow the return procedure outlined above, and be mindful of the return conditions.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to cancel your order, please return the product according to the return procedure and return conditions outlined above. You can then place a new order.

Refund Procedure

The customer receives back the refund in the form of the original payment method. Initial delivery costs are excluded from the refund amount.

Refund time depends on the initial payment method and processing times between payment providers:

Credit Card.

Refunds can take 5-10 business days after the receipt of items

PayPal.

When the customer receives a refund email, refund amount usually takes up to 5 business days to complete.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If an order is placed, paid for, and then canceled before shipment, a full refund will be provided.

Reporting Missing Packages

In the rare case of not receiving your package, your claim must be submitted no later than 21 days from the shipment date.
